Opportunities to Connect
We exist to Encourage. Ministry is difficult in an ever-changing culture, environment, and economy. The list is endless of the criticism leaders experience often resulting in physical, emotional, and spiritual burn out. We are called to encourage each other. But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness (Heb 3:13 NIV).
How we Encourage: We encourage through opportunities to connect with other leaders outside of your sphere of influence through prayer, retreats of renewal and refreshment, learning workshops, and abide groups.
